View redaction statistics for your project and download a PDF report.

Accessing Redaction Stats
Open your project
Click the mode dropdown in the left sidebar
Under Tools, click Redaction Stats
Statistics Overview
The dialog displays:
Total redactions and items processed
Coverage percentage (items with at least one redaction)
Estimated time saved
Bulk vs individual redaction breakdown
Top 5 most redacted items
Top 5 most redacted terms
Activity period and contributors
Downloading a PDF Report
Open Redaction Stats
Click Download PDF Report
The report includes all statistics shown in the dialog, branded with your project name and generation date.
Notes
You need at least one redaction in your project for statistics to appear
Reports are generated client-side and download automatically
Redaction reasons
Where you attached a reason to a redaction it is stored as a code rather than free text. Reasons therefore group properly in the Schedule of Redactions, and the redaction log CSV carries a dedicated Reason column alongside the comment β which is what you need if a response is challenged and you have to show which exemption applied to what.
Note: Coverage counts items with at least one redaction. That is not the same as items you have reviewed. An item you read and correctly decided needed no redactions will never appear in coverage, but it can still be marked complete in Redact.
