The Redaction Stats dashboard gives you an overview of all redaction activity in your project.
Statistics Explained
Stat | Description |
Redactions | Total number of redactions applied |
Total Items | Number of emails and documents in the project |
Coverage | Percentage of items with at least one redaction |
Time Saved | Estimated time saved vs manual redaction |
Sections
Document Types — Breakdown of items by type (Emails, PDFs, Documents).
Redaction Method — Shows bulk redactions (via Find & Redact) vs individual redactions (applied manually).
Top Items by Redactions — The 5 items containing the most redactions.
Top Redacted Terms — The 5 most frequently redacted terms.
Activity Period — Date of the first and most recent redaction.
Contributors — Users who have made redactions and their counts.
