Filtering by Date
When you select the Date field, you can choose from:
Before - Show items before a specific date
After - Show items after a specific date
Between - Show items within a date range
Select your dates using the date picker and click Apply.
Filtering Documents
In Documents view, the available filter fields adjust automatically:
Document Name - Search by the uploaded file name
Content - Search inside the extracted text of PDF documents
All Fields - Search across document name and content
Date and Status - Work the same as in email view
Tip: PDF documents uploaded to RedactBox have their text content extracted automatically, making them fully searchable through filters.
Removing Filters
Click the X next to an individual filter to remove it
Click Clear All to remove all active filters at once
The full list reappears immediately when filters are cleared.
Combining Filters with Modes
Filters work alongside Triage and Redact modes:
In Triage mode, you can filter by Status to focus on unprocessed or processed items
In Redact mode, the list is already filtered to processed items, but you can add further filters on top
