Pressing the Manage Billing button on the Billing Information page will open the portal where you can add or remove payment methods.

Teams

If several colleagues need RedactBox, they can sit under a single subscription rather than each buying their own.

• A manager can be appointed to look after who is in the team, so it does not all have to run through the original billing contact.

• Leaving a team is self-service — nobody is stuck in one they no longer need to be part of.

• The billing email stays in step with whatever is set on the subscription.

Annual billing and invoicing

As well as paying monthly by card, we can put you on annual billing, or invoice you directly rather than taking a card — useful if your organisation pays against a purchase order. Neither is self-service, so get in touch and we will set it up.
