Getting set up as a partner

Once we have agreed terms, we add you as a partner and RedactBox emails you a welcome. Setting up takes a few minutes: tell Stripe where to pay you, then sign in to RedactBox to find your link.

1. Add your bank details

1. Open the welcome email, Welcome to RedactBox partners. It goes to the contact email we set you up with.

2. Click Add your bank details. This opens a secure Stripe form.

3. Fill in your details and a UK bank account, then finish the form. Stripe sends you back to RedactBox.

• You are set up means payouts are switched on. You are done.

• Thanks, Stripe is checking your details means Stripe needs a little longer. This usually takes a few minutes, sometimes a day. Anything you earn in the meantime is kept and paid as soon as Stripe finishes.

Tip: RedactBox never sees your bank details. They are held by Stripe, and you change them by signing in to Stripe, not by contacting us.

The setup link is personal to you, so please don't forward the email. For your security it stops working once your details are with Stripe. If you open it again after that you will see This setup link no longer works, which is expected.

2. Sign in to your partner area

1. Go to redactbox.co.uk and sign in with the same email address the welcome email was sent to. If you don't have a RedactBox account with that address yet, create one and confirm your email.

2. Open the account menu (top right) and choose Partner area.

Your partner area has your referral link and code, your referrals, what you have earned and your logo. See Your partner area for a tour.

If you can't see Partner area in the menu, you are probably signed in with a different email from the one we set you up with. Sign in with that address, or message us to change it.

3. Add your logo

In your partner area, under Your logo, click Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image. If your logo is just a symbol, turn on the switch to show your name next to it so clients know who it is.

Your demo account

If we have agreed a demo account with you, the RedactBox account you signed in with has Professional for free while you are a partner. Your partner area shows a Your demo account card with an Open RedactBox button.
