The partner programme

The RedactBox partner programme is for people that schools, trusts, councils, legal teams and businesses already trust on data protection. You recommend RedactBox to the organisations you work with, and you earn commission every month on what they pay.

Your clients sign up and pay RedactBox directly. We look after billing and support, so there is nothing for you to sell, invoice or chase.

Who it is for

• Training providers who teach data protection leads how to handle subject access requests

• IT and managed service providers who look after their clients' email systems

• GDPR consultants and outsourced DPOs who advise on requests and deadlines

How it works

1. Get in touch. Message us from redactbox.co.uk/partners and tell us about your clients. We agree your commission with you.

2. Get set up. We create your partner account and email you a link to add your bank details on a short, secure Stripe form.

3. Share your link or code. Every client who signs up through it is linked to you, whether they buy one licence or a licence for their whole team.

4. Get paid. Commission goes to your bank account automatically each month.

What you get

• Monthly commission on every payment your referred clients make, on the terms agreed with you.

• Automatic payouts through Stripe. There are no invoices to send.

• Your brand alongside ours. Your logo appears as "Partnered with" when your clients sign up, and as "Provided by" on their account afterwards.

• Your own partner area on the RedactBox website, showing your link, your referrals and what you have earned.

• A demo account, if we have agreed one with you, so you can show clients RedactBox yourself.

The ground rules

• Don't refer yourself or your own organisation. People on your own company's email domain never earn you commission.

• Don't bid on the RedactBox name in paid search.

• Don't offer discounts we haven't agreed.

You need a UK bank account: commission is paid in pounds through Stripe.
