Your partner area

Your partner area is your page on the RedactBox website. It has everything you need without asking us: your link and code, who has signed up through you, what you have earned, your payouts and the logo your clients see.

To open it, sign in at redactbox.co.uk with the email address we set you up with, then choose Partner area from the account menu.

Your link and code

At the top are your Referral link and your Partner code, each with a Copy button. Share the link in emails, newsletters and training materials. Give the code to anyone who would rather type it in: there is a box for it on the checkout page.

Your totals

• Clients referred, everyone who has signed up through you.

• Paid to you, commission already sent to your Stripe account.

• On its way, commission you have earned that has not reached your bank yet.

Amounts are net of anything taken back for refunds. See How referrals and commission work.

Payouts

Under your totals, a box shows where your payouts stand:

• Payouts are set up. Commission is sent to your bank automatically each month. View payouts in Stripe opens your Stripe dashboard, where you can see every payment and change your bank details.

• Stripe is checking your details. Anything you earn meanwhile is kept and sent once they are done.

• Finish your payout setup. You haven't completed the Stripe form yet. Finish payout setup takes you back to it. Nothing you earn is lost while you do.

Your referrals

Each client is listed by their organisation's web address (for example a school's domain), with the date they joined, whether they are paying and what you have earned from them so far. Someone who signed up with a personal email address shows as Individual. Not paid yet means they have signed up but their first payment hasn't gone through.

Your demo account

If we have agreed a demo account with you, a Your demo account card appears. The account you are signed in with has RedactBox Professional for free while you are a partner. Open RedactBox takes you straight in.

Your logo

Your logo appears next to "Partnered with" when someone arrives through your link, and next to "Provided by" on your clients' accounts afterwards.

1. Click Upload logo (or Replace logo) and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image. SVG files are not accepted.

2. If your logo is a symbol without your name in it, turn on the switch to Show "your name" next to the logo.

3. To take it down, click Remove. Your name shows on its own instead.

Tip: clients see the badge in both light and dark mode, so a logo on a transparent background that reads on both works best.

If something looks wrong

Use Message us at the bottom of the page. If your partnership has been paused, the page says so at the top, and new sign-ups are not linked to you until it is resumed.
